Financial Services Customer Service Apprenticeship – Level 2

What do we offer you?

This apprenticeship is perfect for those looking to kick start a career in Financial Services. The apprentice will work within the front-line teams in our Customer Division and supported through their development, by our apprenticeship training provider Babington.

The apprentice's primary role will be to provide support our customers, this could be face to face or over the phone.

We offer a competitive rewards package including:

What does the apprenticeship involve?

Duties will align specifically to the area of work, depending on the team you are working with, but in general terms the apprentice will:

  • Complete a variety of financial transactions
  • Open and close savings accounts
  • Take incoming calls to discuss available products and services
  • Undertake daily admin tasks such as booking appointments, letter writing, managing incoming post
  • Ensure that customer records are accurate and up to date.

Assessment center will be help the week commencing 24th April.
