Trainee Claims Handler

Leaders Romans Group are looking for a new Trainee Premier Claims Handler to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy office in Becket House, Worthing.

In this Premier Claims Handler role, day to day you can expect to:

• Initiate claims process
• Obtaining documents for legal action
• Communicating with branches, landlords, solicitors and occasionally tenants
• Keeping the system updated
• Dealing with telephone enquires
• Attending department meetings as appropriate.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

• Attention to detail is key within this role, alongside a strong telephone manner and good communication skills.
• Be able to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
• Strong customer service / administration skills
• Have good written and spoken communication skills
• GCSE English and Maths grades minimum grade C or 4

Working Hours

9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
