VIP waiter/waitress

The fez nightclub in Putney is looking to hire a VIP waiter/ waitress to welcome and allocate our guests in our venue. She will be responsible for setting up and serving tables.

The roles require attentiveness, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service. We have a team of super-stars (with an inherent teamwork ethos) but are looking for our next VIP to join our team.

Main focus is the bottle service after 10pm where some tables come at a minimum spend usually set at the price of one or two bottles. We will train on how to sell better and make the guests feel important and looked after regarding prices of special customised packages. * You must have knowledge of club table service and how to up-sell the tables *

Utilised excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help customers enjoy their time * Provide fast Table service - taking payments of the customers and upselling.

*Previous waitress, cocktail waitress or VIP waitress experience required. * Setting up tables on arrival (menus, candles, reserve signs, glasses, coolers.) * Ability to sell. * Elegant and club suitable presentation at work. * Professional behaviour is essential.

* Maintain Pleasant and Professional appearance * Advanced English language required

Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per year
