The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for staff, parents and visitors coming to our school and will be able to communicate effectively with both children, adults and external agencies, demonstrating excellent customer service, confidence and resilience.
The key skills for this position include the need for accuracy whilst working under pressure with frequent interruptions, ability to prioritise and work on own initiative, flexibility, excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience of working in an administrative/financial role, with excellent IT skills, are essential for this position. Experience of SCOPAY/FMS/SIMS.net is preferred but not essential.
The post is full time, permanent, Grade 6 (£24,054 - £27,852 pro rata), term-time plus 10 days, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.00am 3.30pm) with 30 minutes for lunch.

- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C/4 or equivalent
- School/Business Support/Administration qualification
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Experience of financial administration, including processing orders, banking and cash handling.
- Experience of working in a school office
