The successful candidate will join our Asset Management Service which provides strategic management of the council's wide and varied property portfolio (schools, operational, and non-operational premises) to ensure that our property assets enable the delivery of corporate priorities.

As Property Asset Officer you will be an outstanding individual who will play a key role in ensuring that Lancashire County Council's land and buildings continue to meet requirements for service delivery during ongoing and significant organisational change and financial challenge.

With a proven history of effective partnership working, you will have the ability, expertise and confidence to both work collaboratively with, and support and challenge internal and external stakeholders and partners, including a wide range of professionals and senior managers.

As well as your strong knowledge and understanding of strategic premises issues and proven project and change management skills, you will be a passionate, driven individual with a record of achieving results against targets.

The Asset Management Service is ambitious for the future and we would love to hear from you if you think you could fit into our supportive and hardworking team where work is wide-ranging, exciting, and challenging.

We look forward to welcoming you to the team!
