What you’ll do day to day:

• Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
• Assist and support with all training
• Support the Retail Store Manager with team rota’s
• Lead team briefings
• Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer
• Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays and campaign POS
• Make customer recommendations and upsell products using your expert knowledge
• Ensure that every doughnut is displayed and boxed to the highest standard

What we are looking for shift Leaders,

• who have a great work ethic, a positive attitude and consider themselves coachable
• who are happy to work on their feet, in a relatively small space with other team members.
• who are over the age of 18 owing to working time regulations.
• who are fully flexible to work any day of the week, Monday to Friday (Our Fleet Street Store Closes on Weekends) .
• who are fully flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours or 6am and 07:30pm
• who can commit to a contract of 30 hours/ week
• who have ideally worked in a similar industry with precious supervisory experience.
• who are supportive of an inclusive culture, respecting all opinions.
• who are ready to work alongside some great people, who don’t take themselves too seriously and have a lot of fun along the way!
