Your New Role:

As a Team Member, you will work closely with the store management team to create an environment that is fun and engaging for the team and drive our global mission to spread smiles and bring joy to all our customers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Safety: A safety first approach for our people and products
• Inspire Customer Wonder: Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer service creating magical moments for all our customers
• People: Be a team player and create a fun environment - bring your sparkle
• Quality: Commitment to quality with only the highest quality products being allowed to leave the premises
• Facilities: Take responsibility for your store. Maintenance and cleanliness are high on the agenda creating a fit for purpose, happy working environment for all our Krispy Kremers

You’ll fit right into the Krispy Kreme family if:

• No previous experience necessary we give you training, but if you do have a CV bursting with customer service experience then we would love to see you!
• You’re naturally a great team player
• You love Yoga or gymnastics? what we mean by that is you are flexible as we run shifts on different times/days some including weekend work
