Picker/Packer

KPJ Group are looking for a Picker/Packer to join a supplier of high quality control gear items based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This is a company with over 4 decades of industry experience and a wide range of products to a diverse group of distributors.

The candidate we are looking for will have prior experience as a picker/packer and be familiar with working in a warehouse environment.

What’s on offer?

• £10.42 per hour
• Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5.00pm
• Monthly bonus of £150 per month after 4 weeks (depending on performance)

What will you be doing as a Picker/Packer?

• Packing and collating items in a specific order
• Unpacking, organising, and packing goods in an organised and timely fashion
• Taping boxes, rolling posters, and labelling boxes
• Cleaning, clearing, and assembling packaging lines following correct procedures
• Ensuring product quality which includes checking samples and carrying out visual quality checks
• Taking responsibility for the zone that you work in; this includes ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained

What do you need?

• Previous experience as a picker/packer
• Experienced with working within a warehouse environment
• Physical capability to carry out repetitive manual tasks
