Junior Architect

Kingsley is a privately owned company that specialises in purchasing properties that have potential to be luxury HMO's and/or hotels/serviced accommodation. Over the past 18 months we have enjoyed a vast amount of growth and expansion. With several projects ready to work on and new ventures in the pipeline we now have an exciting opportunity to recruit an in-house Architectural Technician / Junior Architect to be based from our Bournemouth Town Centre offices.

The ideal recruit will have the following attributes;

Proficient in Vectorworks

Able to produce 3 D visuals would be an advantage

Understanding of British building regulations

Aspire to run projects.

The work will provide the opportunity for both exterior and internal design on both conversion and new build projects. The role will deliver complete variety from small to large schemes across residential and commercial sectors. The role will consist of majority office based works with an element of field based. You will be looking at the projects from the pre purchase stage all the way through to final completion. Working side by side with the director and projects manager you will be giving a large input into the layout and overall design and usability of the end units.

Salary will depend on the candidates experience and will be reviewed after probational periods. We will provide a company mobile phone, on site parking for office based works, a variety of staff events throughout a working year, on-site office cafe with discounted food/drinks.
