3 days per week on site in our Kendal Office, upto 2 days per week Remote.

The role:

Looking for a motivated junior marketer to join our rapidly expanding marketing team, helping to ensure best in class delivery of our marketing plan. The role will be hybrid, working as part of our marketing team but will also require travel to events and time in our head office.

As part of a fast-growing team, this execution-focused role will offer real responsibility and rapid potential career advancement and is ideal for a junior marketer or graduate looking to gain experience across marketing as we scale our business.

To ensure the successful delivery and coordination of our marketing projects at Kendamil, ranging from online and offline events, influencer marketing and social media.

What you’ll be doing:

● Help to project manage our marketing initiatives, and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely, high quality and efficient manner, with great attention to detail

● Work with our Social and Content team to help source, outreach and gift to key influencers within our demographic

● Work with our Kendal warehouse team and external event coordinators to ensure the delivery of all key collateral to offline events

● Be our ‘man on the ground’ at our Kendal office to ensure the delivery, packing and shipment of key material for all key offline events

● Representing the brand at key offline events around the UK with other team members

● Work with other departments and creatives to ensure that all projects are executed to the best standard

● Utilise our team collaboration platforms including Asana and Slack to work to projects and deadlines

What you’ll need:

● 1+ year in a similar role, or graduation from a relevant marketing degree

● A very high attention to detail and strong organisational skills

● Knowledge of marketing, including social media marketing, influencer marketing and events

● Experience of working to a deadline on projects with multiple stakeholders

● Flexibility in managing new challenges / changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

● Strong communicator who can update confidently to key stakeholders, customers and brand partners

● A driver’s license and transport for getting to/from the Kendal office

What we would like you to have:

● Online and offline PR experience (including influencer interaction)

● Experience working within a consumer brand / baby brand / nutrition brand
