Qualified Pre School Teacher

Keen Learners Montessori is seeking a qualified preschool teacher to join our organization to expand our working team. This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. Our Montessori and weekly theme-based curriculum promotes social, physical, verbal, and cognitive development, inspiring children to become lifelong keen learners. Responsibilities:

● Create a fun and safe learning environment

● Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers

● Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress

● Maintain the hygiene and safety of all students

● Partner with school staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, growth, and engagement

Qualification & Requirements:

● Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Units

● CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

● Previous experience in preschool, childcare, teaching, or other related fields

● Passionate about working with children

● Ability to build rapport with children

● Positive and patient demeanor

● Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents

● Able to use a computer with basic proficiency

● Work indoors and outdoors

● Ability to assume postures at low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children

● Montessori courses are plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
