All about the role

Our Early Talent - Platform Engineering Program is specifically designed to develop you across an 18 month period of learning, growth and delivery within our Platform Engineering teams here at Just Eat Takeaway.com.

Upon joining the Program you will undertake up to 4-6 defined rotations across 18 months which will include: Platform Engineering, Engineering Operations and Architecture to layer your learning of the business, develop your knowledge, understanding + technical competency of software/coding to successfully support in delivering of key business projects.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

• Working alongside seniors in the team you will assist in the design, coding and testing of technical solutions.

• Support and assist with conducting requirements analysis and high-level design/modelling to convert customer needs into software solutions.

• Start using programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write software code under guidance.

• Participate in automated software testing (using programming languages to write code for use in testing the application/software code), performing analysis of test results, and tracking/reporting risk levels during test execution.

• Monitor, track and report on data-related business requirements and service standards.
