Supporting the kitchen team, you will make sure that they have the equipment they need to hand, keep the kitchen area clean and tidy and completing basic food preparation.

• Great communication, ability to work as part of a team and an appetite to grow and develop

• Able to follow the hotel cleaning procedures and schedules and use cleaning chemicals and equipment in line with the COSHH regulations
