What this job involves:
The JLL Industrial and Logistics team is the largest Industrial and Logistics team in the UK with more than 75 professionals providing advice to investors, developers, and occupiers on all aspects of industrial and warehouse assets.

As an Associate or Director working within the Industrial & Logistics Agency team you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a high-growth market, where the role entails:

Advising numerous clients on leasing and development instructions across the West London & Thames Valley. This will include the day-to-day running of many of these instructions.
Working as part of a close-knit team on existing estates and development sites that are coming through for development and onward leasing.
Business generation of new leasing and site acquisition opportunities leveraging new and existing client relationships.
Seeking to identify and acquire sites for development on behalf of developer and investor clients.
Working closely on opportunities with Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team as well as other related teams to maximise revenue for JLL with cross-sell opportunities.

The role will be based in the JLL Stockley Park office and covering predominantly the Western Corridor market, this role offers the opportunity for fast career progression within a dynamic market leading team.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as we continue to pursue growth of our Industrial & Logistics business throughout the UK. This is a role where there is enormous potential to influence the team’s future growth strategy and join at a point in time where the market is rapidly evolving.

Skills
Commercial – strong understanding of the Industrial & Logistics sector
Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for success

Experience
Strong working knowledge of the Industrial and Logistics sector including West London, Heathrow & Thames Valley leasing and development exposure
Preferably 5+ years post qualification experience in an agency/development team
