Vape Shop Sales Assistant

Are you passionate about vaping and looking for a new challenge? If so, we're recruiting for an experienced senior and junior salespersons to join our vape shops. You’ll be working with the biggest brands in the industry and the largest variety of products on the high street. This is your chance to be part of something amazing!

You will be required to work at our high street storefront in Sutton Coldfield, so confidence and independence is key. The successful candidate will receive adequate training in store management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing and motivating a small team

· Provide excellent customer service to all clients

· Maintaining a clean, organised, and well stocked storefront

· Processing sales through till and money management systems

· Keeping up to date with the latest products and technology in the vaping industry

· Resolving customer queries in an appropriate and professional manner.

· Keeping the appearance of store displays to a polished and high standard.

· Supporting store management, i.e., key handling

· Updating and responding to enquiries via email, social media, and telephone

· Stock controlling

· Sales aftercare including product care, maintenance, and warranty information

Key Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of the vaping industry is essential.

· Flexibility of working hours including weekends and late evenings.

· Ability to work independently

· Reliable and hardworking

· Excellent customer service skills

· Good communication skills

· Basic numeracy skills
