Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays are always looking for great people to join our award-winning team of colleagues. Reporting to the Crew Roster Planning Manager, the Crew Planner is responsible for the production of safe, legal, fair and equal rosters for all Jet2.com Flight Crew.

What will you do in the role?

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Flight Crew rosters adhere to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Jet2.com guidelines including planning sufficient standby cover.

• You will plan and communicate all Flight Crew training requirements effectively and in a timely manner
• Will play a key role in our cost-conscious approach by minimising Flight Crew transport costs through efficient rostering

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

The successful candidate will be well organised, meticulous and have excellent attention to detail.
With strong IT skills, you will have an analytical and forward-thinking approach to problem solving. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member.

• Will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a “can do” attitude
• Resource planning, Rostering or Crewing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
