We are actively seeking applications from individuals keens to have a successful career at our Organic Abattoir in Wootton, support Daylesford Organic based in Staffordshire ST10 3BZ.

The general duties for these roles will include:
- Cleaning of designated areas and items within and surrounding the production area in a timely manner after use
- Ensure all records of cleaning are completed
- Following and being aware of departmental standard operating procedures
- Maintaining the fast-paced environment – working with your manager and team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Promoting and maintaining the highest Health, Safety and Hygiene standards
- Manual handling
- Working at heights
You will be based in our Organic Abattoir, which was built to ensure the best welfare, reducing food miles and stress, for better tasting products.
You will be required to maintain flexibility to working hours to meet deadlines, the typical hours of work will be 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
About you
You do not necessarily need to have any experience for this role. We require our team to have the following skills:
- Good understanding of the industry, customers
- Understanding of operational procedures and requirements
- Level 2 (or equivalent) Food Safety certificate – training can be provided within the role
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) qualification – training can be provided within the role
