The Person:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment consultancy experience, essential
- Up to date knowledge of employment law
- Experience of having coordinated and managed volume recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Ability to plan, priories tasks and work to tight deadlines
As an experienced Recruitment/Senior Consultant you will be entitled to the following benefits;

Within the role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Engaging clients within the industry and approaching prospective clients through the back of networking and lead generation.
- Negotiation of terms of business to ensure value is added to both client, service and business.
- Support and assist with the effective execution of sales plan with targets and growth.
- Proactively contact and maintain/grow relationships with clients and support candidates.
- Sourcing candidates from various platforms and find out their motivations, drivers and requirements for their next exciting career opportunity.
- Building long–lasting client relationships clients, using skills such as negotiation and objection handling.
- Managing the 360 degree recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the document compliance process.
- Maintain strong current knowledge of planners, financial markets, services, products, competitors and industry trends.
Due to the sales environment you will be energetic, resilient and result driven person who is comfortable with approaching cold contacts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
