Warehouse Manager TPS

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing TPS business. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Warehouse Manager is responsible for running an effective and efficient warehouse through the management of the warehouse team to deliver excellent service to customers.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 7:30pm - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 7am - 12pm. The Basic salary is £28,000 with OTE of an additional £3,000.

What you'll bring:

• Warehouse and sales performance: Set and allocate targets, review with manager.
• Team management: Conduct 1:1 reviews, provide support, motivate team.
• Customer service: Ensure correct processes, monitor delivery schedules, maintain professional image.
• Stock management: Check and allocate inbound stock, control outbound movements, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure safety and security, conduct inventory checks, process returns.
• Delivery management: Accurate and prompt order picking, report delivery anomalies, track delivery vans.

Requirements for Warehouse Manager:

• Passion or interest in the automotive industry.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and IT literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills required:

• Supervisory or management experience in a high-volume warehouse.
• Successful team management and motivation.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
