Committed to growing our business, an opportunity has arisen for a highly-organised, committed Progress Chaser for Used Vehicles only, to join our team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

• Liaise between internal departments including Service/PDI
• Inspect and monitor used car preparation work and schedules to meet customer deadlines
• Photographing of Stock and keeping Internet advertising platforms up to date
• Assisting Sales Team with Administration
• Organising Used Vehicle Delivery/Hand over
• Managing Auction Cars storage/disposal
• Assist with Forecourt Presentation

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Full, valid GB driving licence is essential
• Knowledge of manufacturer programmes and databases would be advantageous
• A confident and polite telephone manner with the ability to work accurately when faced with heavy workloads
