Hours of work: 38 hours per week

Hours expected are currently on a rotating 2-week pattern.

Week 1 = 5-day week Monday – Friday, starting at 6am,

Week 2 is a 4-day week Monday to Thursday 1130 start.

Currently no weekends.

Location: Petre Road, Clayton le Moors, Accrington

Clayton Park Bakery is a manufacturing and distribution company providing bakery products such as pies, sausage rolls, pasties, quiches, fresh cakes, and sandwiches to numerous outlets across the Northwest, including Booth's supermarkets and football clubs such as Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers, Liverpool, and Everton. Clayton Park Bakery also run a van sales operation across the Northwest.

As a Clayton Park production operative, you will be an integral part of our focused & energetic team, striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency & product quality. Our job covers all areas of production from the start of the process i.e., machine set up, machine operation, quality-checking products & all the way through to the final clean down.

Could you lead & motivate a small team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of savoury products? As a positive and organised leader, you will be required to run a production line making products to Company specifications. You will follow directives from Production Supervisors & the Production Manager to ensure everything is of the highest quality.
