Shop Supervisor

We have a vacancy for a seasonal shop supervisor for our busy shop at Sandford Holiday Park. You will need to be reliable, enthusiastic, hard working and great with people. This is a hands on role which will involve keeping the shelves well stocked and tidy, serving customers, cashing up, baking bread and hot food all whilst ensuring our customers are made to feel welcome and have a positive shopping experience! You will also manage the shop in the absence of the manager ensuring that all due dilligence is completed.

The job does involve some heavy lifting so you will need to be physically fit. Applicants need to be 18 years or over due to licensing requirements and the job will occasionally involve some lone working.

You will be required to comply with all legislative requirements as well as all Company policies, procedures and processes. This will include health and safety, food handling and age restricted sales.

This role will involve working weekends.

Applicant Requirements:

The successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to work as part of a team. A retail background is advantageous, however full training can be given.

Please note this is a seasonal position lasting until October/November.
