Production Assistant (Print & Online)

Promedia Digital is a small publishing company in London that produces several sector-specific monthly magazines and daily updated news websites covering hospitality, care, jewellery and watches. Our company is a subsidiary of the largest publishing company in the middle east, ITP Media Group. Working in a small team gives rise to an opportunity to really make a difference on an individual level. This is a very varied position with many paths for growth depending on your personal strengths.

In addition to our magazines and websites we also host large executive awards ceremonies for our various audiences. These events take place in the second half of the year and you will attend these events to assist with the organisation and running. Most of the hard work on the day is in the hours preceding the event. Once it’s underway we’re free to enjoy the event with the other guests. It’s a nice treat at the end of the year to attend some high-end events for free.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven and a naturally proactive individual with strong attention to detail. You should have good communication skills, the ability to prioritise your work load and work efficiently to ensure that all deadlines are met.
