Landscape Gardener Foreman – Farnham

IPM Facilities is an established commercial property and grounds maintenance company working with prestigious clients to maintain their business and retail properties to the highest of standards.

Due to the expansion of our landscaping division, we are looking for experienced and skilled grounds maintenance foreman to work as part of a team. You will be a strong team player but also confident to work alone, with a keen eye for detail and a positive can do attitude to your work.

Key requirements:

• Experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance
• Full clean driving license
• Plant knowledge and other tickets an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to display a positive can do attitude
• PA1/6 spray license and Trailer license desirable

• Salary: From £26,000 per year
• 23 days holiday allowance a year + Bank Holiday's
