Role: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £11.50 p/h

Hours: 20 hours per week 10.00-14.00 Monday-Friday

Location: Northampton, NN5

Job type: Part Time, Permanent




Interaction have partnered with a long standing & established Health Care Supplier based in Northamptonshire. The client offers over 40 years of experience and specialises in Supplying Urology Products. The client offers encouragement for career progression, training and development is ongoing.

The Role:




Keep accurate client records ensuring all amendments are updated immediately.

Ensure General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is always observed.

Process new customer registrations and repeat orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure prescriptions are requested/amended and processed expeditiously.

Assist in reducing the level of outstanding prescriptions by chasing prescribers.

Arrange monthly prescription standing orders, ensuring delivery is completed on or before the expected date.

Process daily stock orders

Work closely with your line manager to assist in the continuous improvement of the dispensing service.

Gain knowledge and understanding of the different types of procedures and products our customers use.

Sales order processing.

Maintain an organised and tidy department in the interest of a safe working environment.

Support & help in the stock area on daily basis




Requirements:

Accounts experience

Admin experience

Excellent communication skills

Highly organised

Excellent time management skills

Good IT skills

Able to work part of a team.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
