Job Title: In House Architect .

We are seeking a highly motivated Architect to join our team in the construction industry. As In-House Architect, you will be responsible for providing BOQ's, issuing drawings for site, ordering architectural materials, and survey measuring for onsite application. You will work alongside experienced architects, designers and project mangers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Liase and correspond with clients, their architects and interior designers

Provide BOQ's (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.

Issue drawings for site, ensuring compliance with client specifications.

Order architectural materials for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.

Measure sites for onsite application and ensure accurate application of architectural design concepts.

Collaborate with other members of the design and construction team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Maintain accurate records of project timelines, expenses, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and any rendering software.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A passion for innovative architectural design and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.
