Marketing Graduate

Who We Are:

We are a rapidly expanding software and safety advice company based in Edinburgh. For the past 10 years we’ve been helping some of the UK’s biggest businesses create a safer and happier workplace, including Shell, BP, Easyjet, British Airways and more. We’ve recently been attracting interest from companies in India, South Africa and the US and that’s no coincidence. The human factors and safety industry is growing. We’re looking for a marketing specialist to help attract new companies and secure them as clients.

What We Do:

We’ve recently launched IHF SaaS, a cloud-based software which helps empower clients to manage a process that has been traditionally been done by consultants. This software has massive potential, we simply need a marketer to promote and teach potential clients it’s the right solution for them.

We also continue to offer full human factors consulting, accredited and bespoke training and secure, to mid-to-large size organisations. Our solutions help clients keep their facilities safe, from oil rigs and shipping ports to gold mines and airports. We do this by using our practical experience of the industries within which we work and with an uncompromising approach to customer service and client satisfaction.

What we Need:

We are looking for Marketing Specialist who is highly driven to grow with our company expansion plans. Someone who aspires to lead a team of marketers and potentially develop into global role over the medium to long term and someone who is prepared to drive the company individually to get there in the short term. You will live in Edinburgh or neighbouring areas and seek to really drive and own the Marketing function within the business.

The skills and experience we are interested in are:

• Experience running social media and email
• Comfortable in creating content, particularly copywriting
• Understanding of websites built on WordPress and willingness to make content changes
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking sales leads
• Good project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage own time and priorities ruthlessly. You’ll be in demand from day 1!
• Happy to communicate with potential clients by email and sometimes video call
• Comfortable to report your own progress
• Ambition to eventually manage a Marketing Team.
• Experience creating and editing video and design
• BSc in Marketing (must be a recent graduate)
