Salary between £29,186.70 - £30,434.70 dependent on experience and qualifications

Inspire Care is a small family owned residential care company which has been established for over 13 years. The company values are based on family and children. We have 5 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker / Senior Child Care Practitioner for our 2-3 bed EBD children’s home based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Skills & Experience (Essential)

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Knowledge of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviours
  • Hold a current UK Driving Licence
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
