Bartender

Incognito Cocktail Bars are looking for brilliant Bartenders and Mixologists to join us and be part of the team at Incognito at our Kingston upon Thames venue.

Incognito is based in a stunning speakeasy setting, incorporating a brand new concept 'Chadwicks Home of Zoology.' We have a focus on molecular mixology, attention to detail, the theatrics of the product and overall customer experience.

Our first bar has been open since April 2018. Winner of four “Best Bar in Hampshire” awards and turning heads nationally, we are a truly unique and intriguing experience. Due to our success so far we have started to expand our team in Kingston.

We are looking for creative people, with a passion for mixology and cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with advanced cocktails and methods, molecular mixology and classic cocktails as well as an opportunity to be more creative than any other bar chain.

The individuals must be enthusiastic, driven and willing to build on their existing skills. This role is extremely rewarding and will require the ongoing learning/studying and developing their bar skills. Our attention to detail and theatrical elements are what sets us apart from our competitors. All of our staff will have an opportunity to create drinks for upcoming new menus and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour
