Sales Specialist - IKEA Business (12 month Contract)

We are looking to welcome a Sales Specialist to join our Work IKEA Business department on a 12 month contract. ABOUT YOU Ability to work with a high level of detail, accuracy and to organise your workload to make efficient use of your time. Pro-actively build a rapport and follow-up with your business customers. Good active selling and negotiation skills and a passion for completing the customer journey. YOUR DAY TO DAYBe the point of contact for our Business customers and ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner by actively working together with colleagues in other functions across the store. You will be contacting/meeting business customers in-store, over the phone and e-mail. Maximise sales by providing helping the customer to find solutions and services that meet their needs and budget. Acquire and maintain long-lasting business relations with local businesses.
