We are a newly established business located in Glenrothes looking for members to join our team. We are a unique business offering smash burgers, loaded fries, pizzas, and many other delicious foods.

This job post comes with opportunities to work full-time and part-time and must be able to work weekends. Main responsibilities and duties include –

• Operating tills and serving customers with a smile.
• Being able to effectively read English and identify menu items on order slips.
• Being able to effectively work as a team and communicate in a busy kitchen environment.
• Taking telephone orders
• Following procedures and practice demonstrated by management during the training process.
• Daily fryer oil filtering, equipment maintenance schedule & cleaning kitchen.
• Sanitizing any work surfaces and utensils to ensure the area is food safe and ready for service.
• Food preparation before service begins - prepping burger patties, making pizzas, preparing various toppings and fillings, salad preparation, and effective stock rotation of fresh meat and frozen items.
• During service - working on the griddle for our range of beef smashed burgers, operating fryers, making pizzas, and cooking fries and chicken products
• Preparing and packaging orders.
• Having a good knowledge and practice of food hygiene and prevention of cross-contamination.
• Maintaining professional appearance and behavior at all times.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of working in a fast-food environment is desirable however, not essential.
• Exceptional levels of customer service and attentiveness, equally for each and every customer.
• Excellence in communication skills and the ability to work successfully as part of a vibrant team.
• The ability to maintain immaculate store visual standards and keeping cleanliness to a high standard.
• An enthusiastic and mature individual to join our team providing excellent service with a smile.
• Presentation is vital- being in a customer-facing role and working in a food environment, means you need to take pride in your presentation ensuring you remain smart for the shift.
• Can-do attitude; multi-tasking and problem solving
• quick learner that thrives under pressure and takes pride in what they do.
