Our FB Assistant will support the Clubroom and Bar Manager and assistants in the organisation and service delivery within the Clubroom, Dandy Bar and Room Service areas of the hotel.

Aim of the Food and Beverage Assistant role

To assist the FB Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service in the Clubroom restaurant, bar and room service if needed

Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant role

• Go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy
• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel
• Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
• Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times

Located on Half Moon Street alongside Piccadilly, The Mayfair Townhouse will debut with 172 rooms suites. The Dandy Bar, private gym and versatile event spaces. Mayfair is synonymous with status, heritage and prestige and up until the mid 18th century was largely rural, famous for its annual May Fair. The townhouses lining Half Moon Street formed the setting for Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest.
