Position Overview & Specifications

Job Role: Healthcare Assistant

Job Location: Aberdeen

Salary: Up to £18 Per hour

Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends (Flexible)

As one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK, iCare24 are excited to offer short- and long-term opportunities for Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Our HCA’s work within a Nursing/Care Home environment. You will be working as part of a team to assist residents and care home staff with everyday tasks including, bathing, dressing, feeding and assisting in personal hygiene. You will also be speaking to residents’ families as required.

We would expect you to provide a high standard care to residents and be a role model for iCare24

Your role will also include working with:

· Mental Health,

· Physical/Learning Disabilities,

· Dementia/Alzheimer’s

· Challenging Behaviours

· End of Life Care

· Elderly support

Minimum Requirements for the Role

  • 12 months of UK care experience
  • Mandatory training to include BLS and Moving & Handling.

Salary: £11.00-£18.00 per hour
