The Service supports people aged 16 and upwards in the community providing a range of recovery focused IAPT interventions for people with mild, moderate and severe common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. The service provides a stepped care treatment approach.
The post holder will:
- Manage a specialised caseload of moderate to severe psychological disorders;
- Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, working to the department’s referral protocol;
- Engage in regular clinical and managerial supervision;
- Supported to attend dedicated CPD days;
- Support a diverse population across the East Riding;
- Fulfil supervisor responsibilities.
