Property Assessor

A role has arisen for a full-time property assessor working alongside our Estate Agency and Investment teams.

The key purpose of the role is to source, visit and assess residential properties across the North East. Each visit will result in a summary report which confirms details about the property condition and local area. The contents of the report will also be used to quantify any refurbishment works.

Building relationships with other Estate Agents and vendors is key.

Experience in a similar role, surveying industry and/or experience in the property industry is key.

You will need to understand basic principles of building requirements and estimated costs of works.

Working from a central office in Middlesbrough areas covered include Teesside, Redcar & Cleveland, Darlington, County Durham and Sunderland. The role will involve a lot of travelling between various locations each work.

We offer a competitive salary plus car allowance and mileage.
