We provide an amazing team of local Care Professionals to support the older generation within our communities to stay safe and independent within their own home. Our Care Professionals provide companionship, meal preparation, dementia support, help with personal hygiene routines, light housework and taking clients out to appointments and even having fun.

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Lichfield and Tamworth. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our Clients keep independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Must have means of transport as clients are predominantly cared for in their own homes or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings,

If you’ve never worked in this industry before! We will put you through a first-class training program that will give you the confidence to carry out your tasks.

Hourly rate from £11.00 to £15.75 per hour
