We’re a growing care company looking for caring people to join our existing teams in Salisbury and Romsey. As part of the Home Instead family, the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people, we pride ourselves on the quality of care that we provide.

Just a few hours of your time can make a huge difference to an older person. You’ll be supporting older people in the community to live as independently as they can at home, which may include sharing a cup of tea and a chat, helping with medication or personal care, preparing meals, or making the house sparkle. However you’re helping your clients, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that you’ve made their day that bit better.

You’ll have regular clients and since every visit is a minimum of an hour, you’ll have time to get to know them well. You’ll also be part of a supportive team who value you and your unique contributions.
