THE JOB

This opening is a very exciting time for the group, their 4th restaurant and no doubt will cause a real stir when it opens. They are a wonderful business with people and their teams development a key priority for them. They are renowned for developing and progressing everyone within their company and are known to create roles for people where they didn't exist before, just to ensure people feel they have progression opps. The food will be excellent quality, the wine will be equally as interesting and this will be a super cool new project.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

• The restaurant will be closed on Sundays and Mondays
• Outside of that, it will be open lunch and dinner, so expect a mix of shifts based around that
• no late nights, the restaurant will be closed by 11.
