Self Employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Home Finance Heroes are a growing Mortgage & protection brokerage based in Chadderton, Oldham, our aim is to provide exceptional service to clients across the country. We are situated in the newly converted Station Business Centre, a thriving Financial Services Hub. Station Business Centre houses an accountancy firm, a conveyancing solicitor, an IVA company, an Insolvency Practitioner, a Pensions Complaints Specialist, a Life Insurance business, and more to come. We are conveniently located to the motorway network and close to the Metrolink system. Free parking is available on site.

We are looking to grow our network of advisors in order to grow and share our success.

We are looking for Self Employed Mortgage and Protection Advisers with at least 1 years first charge mortgage experience, full CAS and who is CeMAP qualified. You will have access to your own client bank and regularly be writing business.

Duties included in the role of a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

• Identify customers’ financial needs and advise them on the best products that suit their requirements.
• Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and the process.
• Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand and make sales that meet customers’ needs.
• Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals. Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times.

Requirements for the role of a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

• CeMAP or other industry-recognised qualification
• Experience as a First Charge Mortgage and Protection Adviser
• Full Competent Advisor Status
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop in the role.
• This is a self-employed role so you have the freedom of working from home or using the office space at the business centre
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding levels of customer service
• Experience of 360 Lifecycle and Twenty7Tec a bonus but full training will be provided

Salary/Package for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Salary is via generous commission splits
