In recent years we have moved to an office showroom, to focus on high end bespoke engagement rings and jewellery. We recently launched our e-commerce website with industry leading technologies. Therefore, we are expanding our team. It is an exciting time to join the team and a great opportunity to have an impact on our growing company. What we are looking for

A motivated, energetic, and organised marketing assistant to join our London office. Your main role will be supporting the Marketing Team, across SEO, PPC, and website development agencies. Reporting to the marketing manager, you will drive consumer revenue through our eCommerce website and will have ownership of our social media platform. This is a full-time role.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

Social Media

• Creating and scheduling trendy social media posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest in line with brand guidelines. You will have full ownership of the accounts to unleash your creativity
• Creating and scheduling Email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo

Website

• Uploading and maintaining product listings to Shopify
• Implementing SEO best practices across the website
• Conduct SEO keyword research for new page creation or on-page optimizations
• Monthly Google Analytics and marketing reports

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years’ proven experience in Marketing, with a preference for luxury jewellery/fashion
• Good understanding of design software such as Canva and Photoshop
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and analytics
• Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking

Advantageous skills:

• Experience with Shopify is preferred but not mandatory
• Online copywriting experience for websites and emails
• Passionate about the fashion/jewellery industry and staying ahead of the latest digital trends
