Position Overview & Specifications
Full-Time permanent Production Operatives required to join our expanding team within a busy powder-coating plant.
Candidates must be reliable and willing to work a dayshift and backshift rotational pattern in a factory environment. Candidates will be given on the job training and the opportunity to further develop and progress a career with Highland.

There are remuneration benefits associated with the role if certain performance and time served targets are achieved.
Overtime is at premium rates.
4 day working week.
Paid weekly.
Dayshift start time of 05:30am with a shift finish time of 15:30pm (Mon - Thurs)
Backshift start time of 15:10pm with a shift finish time of 01:10am (Mon - Thurs)

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
