Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Company:

Henlow have been in business for 9 years and have offices throughout Central Europe, the UK and US. We specialise in Technology recruitment solutions into the Financial and FinTech sector. The Role:

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The Training:

You will enrol in the nGAGE training academy alongside a number of likeminded people all starting their journey into recruitment. The training will run alongside your day to day job for the 1st month and will be a mixture of classroom based and desk side coaching. You will also get the opportunity to jump straight in at the deep end at the same time and could be making your 1st placements in month 1. You will also receive regular masterclasses and training from Management and the experienced Consultants.

The Earning Potential, Benefits, and Rewards:

You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £35,000 - £50,000. Beyond that, there really is No Limit to what you can earn.
