An exciting opportunity to work for a privately owned accommodation provider based in the Heart of Sutton Coldfield.
Our opportunity is ideal for a individual who is eager and willing to learn about the property world. Initial in-depth training will be provided to support the chosen individual to self manage and self motivate themselves to continue on with the role.

This position may require you to work out of hours but will be classed as overtime.
Requirements
- Willingness to Learn
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to build a rapport with tenants
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms - in particular Facebook and Instagram
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent telephone manner
- Capable of working within defined targets and deadlines
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving attitude
- Able to respond positively to challenges
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to emails and enquiries in a timely manner
- To support the management function in the maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy 'void’ periods
- Handling online booking system for long and short-lets
- Chasing tenants on rental payments
- Taking rental payments and issuing payment confirmations
- Carrying out viewings
- Dealing with contract signings - checking all required documents are collected and issued
- Carrying out inventories on check-in/check-outs
- Creating and drafting content for website, social media, leaflets and adverts
- Dealing with all advertising on various letting avenues - including comparison websites, PPC, social media, universities and other bodies
- Carrying out competitor analysis’ and reviewing our prices, features and processes we have
- Creating and drafting content for the company website, social media, leaflets and adverts.
The working hours for this position would be Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
