Pay: £30793 Plus target-based commission

Hours: Full-time 40 hours. Shift Based (04:30-00:30)

Our Sales and Service Ambassadors work across the Heathrow site, at Paddington station and onboard our trains. Wherever they work, they deliver a world-class, personalised customer experience to all customers using the connection. Heathrow Express and its Sales and Service Ambassadors form a vital part of the Heathrow brand, keeping customers connected with the heart of London.

Like everyone here, you‘ll be passionate about creating the best Heathrow Express experience for all our customers. But as well as focusing on the customer experience, you’ll also be proactive in encouraging new customers and up selling existing products. As an Ambassador, you’ll be key to the growth and success of our business.

You could be working in different locations – including our remote selling podiums, at ticket vending machines and on board the trains themselves. At any one time you could be:

• generating sales for Heathrow Express
• working on-board our trains providing customers with a personalised service
• delivering our promotional, marketing and giveaway activities
• providing accurate information and journey advice to customers
• ensuring all health and safety procedures are being followed
• proactive in driving sales to new customer’s as well as up-selling on existing products.

• experience working within a fast paced, customer facing environment, you’ll have a real understanding of the importance of great customer service
• you’ll have experience in selling and up selling products, and be comfortable working to a realistic sales target
• fluent in spoken English, but any other languages would also be helpful
• ability to prioritise issues and interactions with large numbers of customers
• instrumental in treating every passenger interaction with the same enthusiasm, whether it’s your first customer or right at the end of your shift
