Airside Aviation Security Compliance Manager

The Security Compliance Manager leads the way on all things relating to Aviation Security Compliance within their business unit. As a subject matter expert, this role will provide technical guidance and coaching to SOM colleagues, Security Managers and Security Officers. Relationship building will extend to colleagues in other areas, stakeholders and CAA Auditors who are frequently on-site undertaking observations and testing.

This role is responsible as part of a team for the daily delivery of security performance with a focus on compliance.

Covering airside areas, this role will be based in the Airside Areas and is a non-shift-based role with Monday to Friday hours with occasional out-of-hours work where required.
