Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic and Skipper to maintain our boat and take our customers out on the water. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our boat in top condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that it is safe and seaworthy at all times. In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our boat, including engine repairs, electrical systems, and other equipment.
- Keep the boat clean and tidy, both inside and out.
- Ensure that the boat is safe and seaworthy at all times, and that all necessary safety equipment is in good condition.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that our clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience on the water.
- Act as skipper for our boat, taking customers out on the water and providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor the experience accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience as a marine or agricultural mechanic, with a strong understanding of boat maintenance and repair.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers.
- A valid boat operator's license and a strong understanding of boating safety rules and regulations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as required.

Salary: Up to £3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
