Buyer's Clerk

We are recruiting for a Buyers Clerk to join our Menswear Contemporary Designer team on a Fixed Term Contract.

You'll be part of one of the most exciting and fast-moving buying departments in the world. By supporting our Buyer and Assistant Buyer, you'll ensure the smooth running of the Buying office across all channels (store, online and airports) and both operational models (own bought and concession).

About the role

As a Buyers Clerk within Men's Contemporary Designer, you will be responsible for creating all Purchase Orders for the department and ensuring that these are confirmed on the system ahead of the new season. Liaising with the merchandising team, you'll ensure that merchandise is delivered on time by effective management of the critical path.

Whether you are a Buying/Merchandising graduate or currently in an admin/shop floor role; you will be keen to launch your Career in Buying.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, with excellent attention to detail and great interpersonal skills. Within this role, you will be expected to communicate at all levels to build relationships with brands, the store retail team, the merchandising team and the online trading team - all in the name of bringing the best product into the Menswear Contemporary category.
