Sustainability Coordinator

OVERVIEW:

Are you our next Sustainability Coordinator? We're looking for someone to join our sustainability team, to support the development and implementation of sustainability at Gymshark. You will help us achieve our targets and ambitions and embed sustainability throughout the business

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• The coordination and management of sustainability projects in line with the commitments and timelines
• Data analysis; to monitor, measure and report our progress towards ESG and other sustainability targets
• A point of contact with suppliers, to maintain and develop relationships
• Engaging with the wider business functions and organise activities to raise awareness and participation on sustainability at Gymshark
• To develop and deliver training materials on sustainability

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential skills:

• Knowledge of environmental sustainability, ideally within the apparel sector
• Experience in data analysis and summarising findings, using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Confident in presenting and communicating internally and externally to various stakeholders
• Experience in project coordination and management (work on and deliver against competing priorities)

Preferred skills:

• Experience in carbon foot-printing calculation (scope 1, 2 and 3)
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 14001
• Resilience and adaptability fast-changing environment
• Willingness to go out of their comfort zone

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend 4 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
