We’re on the hunt for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. If you’re up for a challenge and want to kickstart that career pathway in logistics, this is the right place to be!
We have a variety of shift patterns available on a full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week, covering core shift patterns of 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00. We also offer a variety of part-time options with hours to suit, and we welcome flexible working solutions.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll get:

• An hourly rate of £10.33 plus an additional £1 per hour for colleagues working in the freezer
• An additional £2.68 per hour for working nights
• An overtime rate of £15.49 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours)

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Work in any of our three chambers – ambient, chilled, and frozen!

• Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s – full training will be provided
• Loading and unloading of vehicles

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Willingness to work in a multi-temperature environment (this could be anything from room temperature to freezing cold)

• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends
• Good communication skills
