Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Talent Management Lead. Working with our Management teams you will be responsible for leading the processes around identifying internal talent, implementing regular talent reviews, and supporting managers with developing succession plans. We are looking for our next leaders and you will play an integral role in this.


Ideally, you’ll live a commutable distance from either our Northampton or London office, however if you’re happy to travel when required we’d love to hear from you no matter your location! You’ll work Monday – Friday, a rare find in logistics and we are able to offer hybrid working.


Pay, benefits and more:


We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Implement and embed career centre, talent reviews and succession planning in Cornerstone
  • Manage the annual talent review cycle
  • Implement and manage quarterly talent updates and review
  • Analyse data to determine trends and develop management information packs outlining the talent landscape and pipeline progress
  • Partner with stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition and HR to improve internal mobility
  • Work alongside the management teams with embedding talent review processes


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Previously worked in a leadership development, talent management or career management type role
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills – experience of Power BI and Excel would be highly advantageous
  • Project and Change management skills – previous experience of Cornerstone would be big tick for us
